Lama Kathy Wesley Lojong Webinar

A Virtual Lama Visit: Beginning on Sept 10, Lama Kathy Wesley will be offering an entirely new series of online teachings on the importance and practice of Lojong.  They will be webcast from the Columbus KTC, and are available to the North Carolina KTCs.  Please note the time change from our usual Wednesday night: 7:00pm-8:30pm.  The suggested donation for these 6 teachings is $60.

Current Study Session:

Every Wednesday evening at 7:00pm (note new time) we gather to study teachings and meditations of interest to Buddhist practictioners. New participants are welcome at any time.

On December 10 we will begin a multi-week study of Pema Chodron's Lojong teaching using her book "Start Where You Are".  This week we will be discussing chapters 1-3.  We will have copies for sale at our center for $10.

Please note that there will be no classes on December 24 or December 31.



Who We Are
The Piedmont KTC (Karma Thegsum Choling) is a Tibetan Buddhist meditation group belonging to the Karma Kagyu lineage. We are affiliated with the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra
monastery in Woodstock, NY, which is the U.S. seat of His Holiness, The 17th Karmapa.

Our Location
We are located in downtown Carrboro, on the 2nd floor of the IFC building.  Please park and enter from the rear of the building, between #201 and #203 West Weaver Street.
